The short version
- Every dollar you spend earns points. Reach 2,000 points and they become a $10 credit.
- Credits don't expire, but up to $50 of credit can come off any one purchase.
- Points expire after 12 months without a purchase.
- We keep your name and mobile only to run the program. We don't sell it.
- We can change or end the program, but we'll tell you before it affects points you already hold.
1. Joining
The program is open to anyone who shops with us. You join by giving us your name and mobile number, either in store or on this website. There's no card and no fee. One membership per mobile number.
Your mobile number identifies you. Anyone who knows it can see your points balance, so treat it the way you'd treat any other account detail. Points can only be added or spent when a staff member enters our counter PIN, so a balance can't be used without someone at the shop.
2. Earning points
You earn points on what you spend in store. The current rate is 10 points per $1. Points are added when a staff member puts the sale through, either at the counter or by entering the counter PIN on your phone.
Points aren't earned on gift cards, or on the value of a credit you've redeemed. We may run promotions with bonus points from time to time.
3. Credits
When your balance reaches 2,000 points, those points automatically become a $10 credit. Your remaining points carry on toward the next one.
- Credits don't expire. You can bank as many as you earn and use them whenever suits.
- A credit can only be used on a purchase worth at least the value of credit being applied — a $10 credit needs a purchase of $10 or more.
- No more than $50 of credit can be used on any single purchase, even if you're holding more than that.
- Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred to anyone else.
4. When points expire
Points expire 12 months after your last purchase. Shop with us at any point in that year and the clock starts again. This only applies to loose points, below the 2,000-point threshold — once they become a credit, they don't expire (see section 3).
5. Referring a friend
If someone joins using your mobile number as a referral, they start with 500 points. You receive 2,000 points once they've made their first purchase — not when they sign up. We may withhold referral points where we believe accounts have been created to claim them.
6. Your details
We collect your name and mobile number, and we keep a record of your purchases through the program, so we can run it and answer questions about your balance.
We don't sell your details or give them to anyone else for marketing. If we ever send you a message about specials, it will include a way to opt out. You can ask us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete you from the program entirely — just ask in store or call us.
Deleting your membership forfeits any points and credits on it.
7. Changes and ending the program
We may change these terms, the earn rate, or the value of a credit. If a change reduces the value of points you already hold, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice in store and on this page before it takes effect.
We can end the program with 30 days' notice, during which you can use any credits you hold.
We may suspend or close a membership where the program is being misused — for example, points claimed for purchases that didn't happen.
8. Nothing here limits your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, and nothing here affects the guarantees that apply to the meat you buy from us.
